Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Squats

What is a Tabata interval? A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest - this is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. We've done Tabata intervals before with the "Tabata This" WOD a few weeks back. This will be scored in the same fashion, i.e., your lowest round is your score, so intensity and consistency are both keys to doing well.

A final note - in "Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Squats," we only do squats (no pull-ups, push-ups, or sit-ups), so this metcon will only last 4 minutes. However, there is one twist . . . and you'll have to just wait and see what that twist is.
