Also, just a note for everyone so you can refer back to this later on when we do this WOD again - we set a 30 min time limit for today.

It is also a good idea to record/post exactly which medicine ball(s) you used. And if you didn't use the prescribed box height, you probably want to record/post that as well.

(9 ft target on the wall ball squatting to a 9-10 lb blue med ball on a 15 lb plate, throwing a 9-10 lb smaller med. ball......jumping on a 18" box........running most of the time, have to admit, I did walk the hallway once or twice!)


That was a tough work out....my body is retaliating by acting like it has a cold. Runny nose, sneezing, cough....what is up with that??!
