7 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups

The SDHPs are prescribed with a barbell, but they can easily be scaled with a kettlebell or dumbell.

Did not do back squat had sugar attack.Remember to eat right!!!!

I learned the back squat and did 5 reps.
Back Squat 5x5: All 5 at 45 #
7 round of SDHP with a 10# weight and 7 clapping push-ups (only I'm still working on doing full push-ups - girls style)
