You may split up the snatches in whatever manner you deem necessary, but the reps must be split equally between the right and left arms and must total 10 reps. For example, here are a few possible schemes:
5 right, 5 left
2 right, 2 left, 2 right, 2 left, 1 right, 1 left
1 right, 1 left, 1 right, 1 left, etc.

Linda, great job with the AMRAP. I knew you could do the sit ups! Keep in mind we all were there!

I know Phil I was not supposed to have counted the 45#
AMRAP: 10min, 10-1-arm DB Hang Power Snatch, 20 sit ups, 1- down and up. Used 10#, 1 step away from 6 rounds. I think it may have been easier to use a heavier weight. Boy, I am chatty today!

I split my sit ups 10 Crunch 10 Traditional.
First time I have done any real sit ups since my stomach surgery in 2006. Cool !!!!!Thanks for the help everyone :) !!
