Complete 5 rounds of the following:
Wall Balls, 20#/15#
Box Jumps, 24"/18"
A round consists of:
Perform as many wall ball shots as possible in 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds, and then perform as many box jumps as possible in 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds (so each round takes a total of 2 minutes).
