OHS tried 12#, 17# 30#...ankle not happy so I did 5 sets of 5 KTE instead
For time: (still working with a sore ankle) 1/2 Down-back (10 Thrusters) 10 Thrusters 1/2 Down-back(10 Push-ups) 10 Push-ups 1/2 Down-back(KB Swings) 10 KB Swings 1 pood 1/2 Down-back(10 Push-ups) 10 Push-ups 1/2 Down-back(I think I went strait to thrusters from here!) 10 Thrusters 1/2 Down-back(10 Thrusters ) When I got home and got in the shower...my ankle was black and blue...not so sure I was wise for doing this! But iced my ankle at Newburn's and it looks good today.
