Complete 5 rounds of:
Wall balls 20#/15#
Box jumps 24"/18"

One round consists of:
As many wall ball shots as possible in 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest, as many box jumps as possible in 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Each round is two minutes total.

Compare to 10/05/09.
