Saturday 12/26/09 - CLASS CANCELED

I'm sorry to have to cancel again, but due to the weather and travel conditions, there will be no class on Saturday morning. Here's a workout you should all do at home (with other people if possible!):

15 minute AMRAP of:
10 Burpees
10 Squats
10 Sit-ups

I just went and checked and the lot is most definitely NOT plowed so...whew. =)
