Dead Lift: 1-65, 1-85, 1-90, 1-95, 1-100 1/2 Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups(boy), 15 squats in 10min. I was not sure, but I think I did 8 + 5 pull ups do to Gails reps. I was right behind her. Thanks Gail for pushing me to lift more and keep up with you on Cindy.
P.S. I am pondering about my exercise regime. We are seriously thinking about joining as a family at Prairie Life. I really like Cross Fit and hate to give it up, but I have to do what is good for all. Kirill was at another gym and Steve is at Prairie Life and if we combine, it makes sense for our family to join one gym and open up opportunities for all kids. So, that is my thought.
